The gold sections feature heart shaped emeralds that weigh approximately 5.00 carats total, 90 square cut rubies, that weigh approximately 5.00 carats total, and 312 pave set, round diamonds, that weigh approximately 6.00 carats total. The necklace measures 17 ½ inches long, and is finished with a diamond ball clasp.
